Ready to send information to be printed? Great! just follow theses rules and soon you will have a magazine in hand.

1.) The best way to send your info to us is electronically, it is free and it produces the best looking magazine possible in order to do this you will need to submit a single PDF (with the fonts embedded or converted to curves) that contains all of your pages. Please name the PDF file the same as your park name so that we can find it easy. Got all that? Great! Click here

2.) did none of that stuff above make any sense? Can’t convert an .xls into a .pdf?  Can’t combine files? No worries you can still submit editorial the old fashioned way via the mail system! Print out your pages put them in a large envelope (no folding or stapling please) Include an editorial sheet so we know who you are and send it to:

3.) If you feel deadlines creeping up on you and you need to send something overnight or you just want to track it please use UPS and not the postal service. The UPS folks will make sure we get it the USPS folks? not so much.

4.) you are allowed up to 20 pages of editorial material each month, if you send more then 20 anything after page 20 will probably not  be printed

5.) In addition to your printed copies you also have access to an electronic version (find yours here) these will be posted starting on the 20th of the month prior to the publication date, if your editorial is not in before the 20th it is very possible that your electronic version will not be posted for the month. Also there are no archives of the electronic version so if you want to keep a copy please download it before the 20th

Oh and please no stickers or white out or tape on the printed sheets, the high speed scanner hates that!
